Every year the LYFL has more participants such as you, who want a chance to play the game everyone loves and wants to play, football.  

You learn good sportsmanship, the love of the game, and fundamentals.  Everyone will play or have the opportunity to play 50% of each game. 

You have to be six (6) years old before August 31, 2008 and we have divisions from 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 years old if you are a sixth grader. 

We try to keep each child within his school/district if possible.  For more information regarding returning letterman registrations and open registrations please check out the website www.lubbockyfl.com. 

 Lubbock High School Coach Mike Speck will have a Football Camp July 21-24^th 2008 $25.00 per child, check out the LYFL website for more information or call 766-1456 or 766-1455 

Estacado High School Coach Danny Servance will have summer activities beginning May 20 – August 14, 2008 different dates for different activities.  Fees based on each activity from boys & girls basketball, baseball, softball, football, volleyball, fish, summer workout program, and magnet camp.  Please check out the LYFL website for more information or call 766-1400. 

Monterey High School Coach James Morton will have a summer football camp on July 22nd – 25th from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. $50.00 per child.   Check the LYFL website for more information or call 766-0704. 

You do not have to play LYFL to attend these summer camps, but register early so you won’t be left out. 

ASCO Football Game at Lowrey Field on June 7, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. benefiting local injured players for more information contact Coach Morton at 766-0704 or ASCO Rentals 745-2000.  Local Football players will be playing in this All-Star Game make plans to have a family night out at Lowrey Field to help a good cause and watch a good High School All Star Football Game.  June 7, 2008 Lowrey Field, Lubbock, TX. 

Lubbock Youth Football League will have a special LYFL night with the Lubbock Renegades on Saturday June 21, 2008 at the City Bank Coliseum.  All head Coaches will be getting in contact with you who to go as a team.  Wear your football jersey to the game.  All past, present and future LYFL football players are invited to attend contact Holly at:  holly@lubbockrenegades.com.
